sailing

our sailboats have been much more active than my blog. these pictures were taken during an weekend trip to Whaleboat island and a day sail past Raspberry island. photos involving the International 14 and Laser are lacking, as I couldn't justify jeopardizing my camera's good health to a "more probable than not" chance of capsize.

I can't believe no one has commented yet--so I just have to. To use my father's favorite word ever--Wow. What a beautiful place occupied by beautiful people. Seems like an idylic setting to spend your first summer of marriage. That sunset is amazing. What is the stretched white top? I love the islands' names and the shear rock cliff you're climbing and that adorably spunky photo in a more recent post above of Petra. Thank you for posting these. I feel like I've gone on vacation just looking at them.

Awesome, I've been able to do a little sailing here at camp in our oday-it's a lot of fun!

sailing is grand, particularly once one leaves sight of land.
